CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Using very light touch, the practitioner releases restrictions in the craniosacral system, to assist the body in normalization of function. This technique is effective in assisting the body's self-healing mechanism, and is also great to use as a preventative measure.
This technique was developed by Dr John Upledger, an Osteopathic Physician. For more information, please visit www.upledger.com the official Upledger Institute website.
